Section newsflash 1.0

What is Section Newsflash?

Section Newsflash is a module developed from the Newsflash module packed with Joomla! 1.5. We have modified the original code to allow you to choose a section and list the latest articles of that section. Additionally we added the possibility to add a bullet in front of the article title.

The distributed icons are taken from libraries distributed under Creative Commons license.

Features

  • Choose the section from which articles will be selected.
  • Choose the list layout: horizontal or vertical.
  • Choose the articles to choose.
  • Articles are shown by descending publication date, so new ones are on the list top.
  • Choose to show the title or the article content.
  • Choose a bullet to show in front of the article title.
  • You may add new icons simply by adding them into a directory.
